Wedding weekends are so much fun – beautiful outfits, great food, lots of dancing, and all of your best friends in one place. They are also exhausting – late nights, early mornings, and lots of dancing/general activity. While I’m beyond tired after Sweeti’s wedding weekend in Detroit, I’m also SO happy. I got to see one of my closest friends marry the love of her life!
Since coherent sentences are not my thing today, I’m going to let my pictures do the talking. Enjoy!
CONGRATULATIONS, Sweeti and Sunay! As I said in my speech, may your love only grow and deepen over the years, so much so that you remember this day and weekend as the time you loved each other the least.
Looks like it was a beautiful wedding! Glad you guys had fun!! I’m sorry it didn’t work out to meet up, but we will definitely have to do that soon when you’re up here in Chi-Town! 🙂
It really was a beautiful 3 days!
And I’m so sad we didn’t get to meet up but I’m sure it will happen when we move to Chicago. Can’t wait!
Congrats to the happy couple- wishing them all the best as they embark on this new chapter of life together! “… may your love only grow and deepen over the years, so much so that you remember this day and weekend as the time you loved each other the least” —> I absolutely adore this line, P…so beautifully put!

Thanks, K!
Looks like an amazing wedding! I really like the peachish orange sari for the mendhi. I love the ending if your speech! 🙂

That’s so funny you say that because I never feel like we really travel. I mean, sure we get on planes and go places but aside from Italy it’s been so long since we’ve “really” traveled! But I’m not complaining because it’s still so much fun! Happy to share!
