  1. I wish more folks would realize that acne is not really a skin issue. Therefore, tackling it at the level of the skin is not a long-term solution. Instead, taking a good look at one’s diet, lifestyle, sleeping habits, etc. will provide actual insights that can help overcome acne.

    Our skin, hair, nails, etc. are mirrors to our internal health, and aiming for a healthy system (mind-body complex) is the best strategy ever for healthy hair, shining eyes, clear and radiant skin, etc.

    1. I wholeheartedly agree with you. I think it needs to be both an inside out and outside in approach. And trust me, I’ve dealt with severe acne most of my life.

      If you’re referring to the acne article, I do think it brings up valid points that people who suffer from the condition feel.
