Weekend In Atlanta + This Week’s Plans

written by Parita 10 Comments

As I mentioned in a previous post, I was in Atlanta this past weekend.  I went home to attend a wedding and spend some time with my parents and sister.

It was a great weekend – attending a beautiful wedding, seeing my in-laws, and celebrating my sister’s birthday with delicious cupcakes (we brought Vishnu in via Facetime so he could “be” there too!).

As fun as it was, I’m so glad to be back in Miami for a full four weeks before I have to travel again.  YAY!

Now that I’m home for an extended period of time, I took the time to plan out this week’s meals (lots of Indian food) and workouts (a pre-half marathon training week).

Date night #1 is even on the books.  Vishnu and I made plans to see Gone Girl on Friday.  SOOOO excited!  If the movie is even half as good as the book, it’ll be a great experience.

I also have grand weekend plans to go to Costco, Target, Ulta, and the mall.  It’s gonna be wild!

And you better believe sleeping in is on the agenda as well!

Well, that’s my weekend and this coming week in a nutshell.

Happy Tuesday!

You’re so disciplined. can’t believe you are training for a marathon. I have started running finally, on the treadmill, but I can’t do it for more than 10 mins so far. I have to keep practicing. 🙂
You look really pretty in the salwar.
