Food That Needs To Be Made Soon

written by Parita 18 Comments

I love food.  For example, one of the main reasons I get out of bed every morning is breakfast.  This should come as no surprise.

One of my favorite things is finding a new recipe and successfully recreating it at home.  So as you can imagine, I am always looking for recipes to try.  I’ve recently come across a bunch that need to be made soon and will be made soon.

Check them out and droooooooooooool!

Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Vegetarian Bibimbap with Crispy Tofu and Quinoa

Baked Falafel with Spicy Feta Yogurt Dip

And finally…the recipe that is most definitely going to be made this week (or a version of it anyways) – Easy Butternut Skillet Shells

Butternut Squash Mac n' Cheese
What’s a recipe you’ve been eyeing lately?  Remember – sharing means caring!

I made vegetarian bibimbap when my bff was in town last summer and we STILL text each other all the time craving it! It was such a fun dish to make!

Thanks so much for featuring my bibimbap! I hope you love every bite. I love the other ideas you have here too. That falafel has been on my list since I saw it a few weeks ago!

Hi Erin! I honestly can’t wait to make it. I fell in love with bibimbap a few years ago after I had it in DC. I’ve been wanting to make it at home ever since but never knew where to start. Thanks for the recipe!

The smashed potatoes and the corn cakes both look tasty – if it weren’t snowing out I would head to the store and get stuff for the potatoes to go with the pork in my crock pot!

Oh my…those smashed potatoes look FANTASTIC! I had something similar at a tapas bar but never thought to make it at home by myself. What a great idea for a post, Par! 🙂
