Hello from London!  I got in this morning and am ready to see all the sights!  I’m hoping jet lag doesn’t set in at all during this trip.  Wouldn’t that be nice?!

Being vegetarian, I’m always looking for tasty ways to incorporate protein in my diet and honestly, I’m tired of protein smoothies.
