Helllllllllloooooooooooo!  Boy oh boy am I exhausted.  If you read my last post, you know that I was in Miami this past weekend for my bachelorette party.  And honestly, it was one of the best weekends of my life.  But now my sleep bank is –100 hours…oh well, it was totally worth it!

On Thursday, we hung out for a while, ate pizza for dinner, and got ready for a night out in South Beach.  We went to a place Mangoes, and it was definitely a night to remember.

The next day, with only 4ish hours of sleep, we got ready and headed out for brunch on Lincoln Road.  While eating, we played a fun game that tested how well I know Vishnu.  It just so happens that I know my man very well!

Later that night, we dressed up in matching tank tops and headed back out to South Beach.  Again, we had a blast dancing the night away.

The next day, we woke up bright and early for…an entire day at the spa!!!  My wonderful friends scheduled my very first massage for me.  Talk about zen!  I think I’m going to have to make this a regular thing.  All the girls also got pedicures.  Then, while we ate lunch, we played games, and the girls gave me fun little gifts!  Winking smile

I bet you can’t guess what happened later on.  Ha!  If you guessed yet another night out, you’re right!  We headed out for our final night out in South Beach.

On Sunday, those of us who were left headed out to Lincoln Road one final time for lunch at Sushi Samba and dessert at 4D (a gelato place).  Yum.  It was nice to eat something on the lighter side after indulging in fairly heavy foods all weekend.

And now, just like that, I’m back to work and real life.  So sad!  I may or may not have cried on Saturday night.  And when my sister left yesterday.  I can’t help it…the party was officially over.

Big takeaway from the weekend: I have the bestest friends in the entire world!  And I can’t wait to have them all by my side in June!!!

  1. Aww that sounds like the best weekend….such a fun send-off! Have you lost weight, P? From the pics it looks like you have and you’re looking GREAT- must be that pre-wedding glow :)!

    1. I don’t think I’ve lost weight. But thanks…you made my day!!! As you know, I’ve been drinking more water, eating cleaner, and working out just a bit more. It’s probably that. 🙂

  2. Wow sounds like quite a weekend! 3 nights out, you’re a trooper! it takes me a week to recover after one!! I’ve also never been to a spa or had a massage, it’s on my 2012 to do list, i’m hoping either all the bachelorette parties i have to go to or our stay in a spa in Costa Rica, it’s bound to happen somewhere!

    1. Trust me…it took a lot of out of me, but it was worth it! And you have to get a massage (from a reputable place). It was exactly what I needed. Soooo relaxing.

  3. Parita you look beautiful in that red dress and the hot pink tank! DAMN! you have a nice bod. I have been to Mangos, it is so fun, but the food sucks. Sounds like you had such a fun weekend. Post some more pics

    1. Thank you! You’re TOO kind…seriously! The weekend was an absolute blast…I’ll try to share more pics in the next few weeks. 🙂
