Hi, y’all! I need you to do something. It’s incredibly important. Are you ready? Ok, I need you to make these – Chocolate Covered Katie’s Chocolate Chip Blondies. Now!
If you need more convincing, here it is…
Ummm…yeah…soooo…good.
I know that some of you will look at the recipe and get completely turned off because of the chickpeas. But you have to trust me when I say…you can’t taste the beans. These blondies are rich and fudgy – I pinky promise!
What are you waiting for?! Go make these ASAP!
These are definitely on my list! Did you follow the recipe exactly?
The only difference was that I used 3/4 raw cane sugar because I
didn’t have brown sugar, and I used dark chocolate chips. YUM!
AHH LOOK A THAT TEXTURE!!!! yum!
My thought exactly! So much deliciousness!
Oh my gosh, Parita, you are always SO sweet to me!! And your photos–especially that first photo–have me craving blondies now at 6am!
You made my Sunday with your super-kind post! 🙂
Thank you for creating such great (and healthy) things!
I tried to make those about a week ago and they turned out horribly!! I LOVE Katie’s recipe’s so I’m positive it was something I did. Yours look great!
Hmmm…the only thing I can think of is baking time and/or the kind of oven you have. Boo!
I’ve never tried using beans in baking! But I think you’ve convinced me. These look so good!
Those look great! It’s hard to believe they have beans in them, but they sure do look yummy!
I am so intrigued…chickpeas? In blondies? I’ve never had a blondie before but I suddenly really want to try them. Can you send me your leftovers?? Please?
I thought the same thing. But they are sooo good. And leftovers!? I’ll have to send you a fresh batch! 😉
Chickpea blondies, that sounds unusual but looking at the picture and your recommendation, I want to try it.
Try it! They are sooo good…even better the next day!
These look so awesome and are on my list of things to make ASAP! I did the black bean brownies and they were surprisingly delicious so I have no doubt these are amazing.
I’ve never used the chickpea version, but blondies are definitely amazing! Anything cookie-like is good in my book! 🙂
Those blondies look amazing!!
