  1. Fat does NOT make you fat. I feel like that is my life motto. I’m constantly explaining to people why it’s perfectly acceptable to eat nut butter and avocado without becoming the Michelin Man! Great reads.

  2. I really need to try caramelizing my foods to tame my sweet tooth! Up until a couple weeks ago, I thought I was loosing my sweet tooth – but its back with a vengeance now! Now its EAT ALL the sweet things – specially if they start with ‘cho’ and end in ‘late’!
